WhatsApp Analytics
The WhatsApp Analytics tab gives you a clear picture of how your WhatsApp messages are performing — how many were sent, delivered, and how they break down by message type and conversation category.
WhatsApp Analytics
WhatsApp Analytics provides insights into the performance of your WhatsApp messaging activity. It helps you understand how your messages are being delivered, how users are engaging with them, and how conversations are distributed across different message types and categories.
Using WhatsApp Analytics, you can track key metrics such as:
Messages Sent: The total number of WhatsApp messages sent from your account.
Messages Delivered: The number of messages successfully delivered to users.
Message Performance by Type: A breakdown of performance based on different message formats such as templates, text messages, or other supported message types.
Conversation Categories: Insights into different conversation types to understand how users are interacting with your business.
These analytics help you measure WhatsApp communication effectiveness, identify trends, and optimize your messaging strategy for better customer engagement.

Understanding conversation types:
Free Conversations — Conversations that fall within WhatsApp's free tier. WhatsApp provides a limited number of free service conversations per month per phone number.
Paid Conversations — Conversations that exceed the free tier or fall under a billable category (Marketing, Utility, or Authentication).
How to use it:
Monitor the ratio of paid to free conversations to manage your WhatsApp costs
Identify periods of high paid conversation volume that may affect your billing
Use the Daily / Weekly / Monthly toggle to view trends over different time frames

Best Practices
💡 Check WhatsApp Analytics regularly before your billing cycle to avoid unexpected charges from paid conversations.
💡 Use the Custom date filter to compare performance across specific campaigns or time periods.
💡 Monitor the Conversation Category chart after sending a broadcast to see how your Marketing Messages performed.
💡 Use bot-level filters to analyse performance for specific WhatsApp bots separately.
