Multiple Flows (Redirect Component)
This page explains how to create multiple flows within your Website Bot and connect them using the Redirect component. With multiple flows, you can build modular conversations and trigger different flows based on user interactions.
Creating a Trigger Flow
1. Create a New Flow
Select your Website Bot and go to the Edit Your Chatflow section.
Click Create New Flow.
Enter a Flow Name, then select Create New Flow.
Configure this new flow as needed—it will now appear in your list of available flows.
Setting Up a Redirect in an Existing Flow
1. Open the Previous Flow
Go to the flow from which you want to trigger your newly created flow.
2. Add the Redirect Component
Insert the Redirect component into the chat flow.
From the dropdown inside the component, select the flow you want the conversation to jump to.

Select the Chatflow to connect next.
And after this flow the flow will be redirected to the next selected Chatflow.

How Flow Redirection Works
When the redirect component is triggered during a conversation, the bot will seamlessly move to the selected flow. This lets you:
Break complex conversations into smaller, manageable flows
Create personalized conversation paths
Build dynamic, flexible chatbot interactions across your website
Using multiple flows and redirect connections helps you structure conversations more efficiently and deliver a smoother experience for users.
