## What are Emoji's in Chatflow

Emojis add personality, tone, and emotional context to your chatbot conversations. They help make the bot feel more human and engaging, especially when used for greetings, confirmations, prompts, or feedback messages.

In BotPenguin, you can add emojis directly to **message blocks**, **options**, **buttons**, and even **quick replies** across any chatbot flow.

### How to Add Emoji's in your Chatflow:

1. Log in to your account at [https://app.botpenguin.com](https://app.botpenguin.com/)
2. Select the chatbot you want to edit, and navigate to the specific flow you want to modify.

3. Select the Chatflow.

4. Click on the message block (Text, Option, Button, etc.)
5. In the text editor, place your cursor where you want to insert the emoji
6. Add the emoji using one of the following methods:
   * **Windows:** Press `Windows Key + .` to open the emoji picker
   * **Mac:** Press `Control + Command + Space` to open the emoji picker
   * **Alternate Method:** Go to [https://emojipedia.org](https://emojipedia.org/), copy the emoji, and paste it into the text field
