This page contains all the necessary information about the orders section of inbox panel.

1. Orders Header

  • Orders tab Indicates you are viewing the list of customer orders inside the Inbox module.


2. Search & Actions Bar (Top)

πŸ” Search Field

  • β€œType name, email or phone, and press enter”

  • Allows searching orders by:

    • Visitor name

    • Email

    • Phone number

Bulk Action Buttons (Right side)

These work on selected orders:

  • βœ” Select / Confirm – Activates bulk actions

  • πŸ‘€ Assign – Assign selected orders to an agent

  • 🏷️ Tag – Add or change tags for selected orders

  • ⬇ Download – Export/download order data

  • πŸ—‘ Delete – Delete selected orders

(Disabled until one or more orders are selected.)


3. Filter Option

πŸ”½ Filter Button (Funnel icon)

  • Used to narrow down orders based on:

    • Order status

    • Date range

    • Payment status

    • Tags

    • Assigned agent


4. Orders Table (Main Section)

Each row represents one order.

Columns Explained

  1. Visitor Name

    • Name of the customer who placed the order

    • Clickable for order/customer details

    • View the description of order in detail by clicking on the name

  1. Email

  • Customer’s email (or NA if not provided)

  1. Phone Number

  • Customer’s phone number

  • Clickable to initiate chat or contact

  1. Order Date

  • Date and time when the order was created

  1. Item Count

  • Number of items included in the order

  1. Payment Status

  • Shows payment state (e.g., NA, Paid, Failed)

  1. Total

  • Total order amount

  • Supports multiple currencies (β‚Ή, $)


5. Order Status Column

Shows the current lifecycle state of the order.

Common statuses:

  • Pending

  • Processing

  • On Hold

  • Shipped

  • Cancelled

⬇️ Dropdown lets you change the order status directly from the table.


6. Tag Column

  • Displays the tag assigned to the order (e.g., Assign, Test, custom tags)

  • Dropdown allows:

    • Adding a new tag

    • Updating or removing tags

Used for classification, filtering, and workflows.


7. Actions Column (Per Order)

Icons available for each individual order:

  • πŸ’¬ Chat Icon

    • Opens conversation related to that order/customer

  • πŸ—‘ Delete Icon

    • Deletes the specific order
