Orders
This page contains all the necessary information about the orders section of inbox panel.
1. Orders Header
Orders tab Indicates you are viewing the list of customer orders inside the Inbox module.

2. Search & Actions Bar (Top)
π Search Field
βType name, email or phone, and press enterβ
Allows searching orders by:
Visitor name
Email
Phone number
Bulk Action Buttons (Right side)
These work on selected orders:
β Select / Confirm β Activates bulk actions
π€ Assign β Assign selected orders to an agent
π·οΈ Tag β Add or change tags for selected orders
β¬ Download β Export/download order data
π Delete β Delete selected orders
(Disabled until one or more orders are selected.)
3. Filter Option
π½ Filter Button (Funnel icon)
Used to narrow down orders based on:
Order status
Date range
Payment status
Tags
Assigned agent
4. Orders Table (Main Section)
Each row represents one order.
Columns Explained
Visitor Name
Name of the customer who placed the order
Clickable for order/customer details
View the description of order in detail by clicking on the name

Email
Customerβs email (or NA if not provided)
Phone Number
Customerβs phone number
Clickable to initiate chat or contact

Order Date
Date and time when the order was created
Item Count
Number of items included in the order
Payment Status
Shows payment state (e.g., NA, Paid, Failed)
Total
Total order amount
Supports multiple currencies (βΉ, $)
5. Order Status Column
Shows the current lifecycle state of the order.
Common statuses:
Pending
Processing
On Hold
Shipped
Cancelled
β¬οΈ Dropdown lets you change the order status directly from the table.

6. Tag Column
Displays the tag assigned to the order (e.g., Assign, Test, custom tags)
Dropdown allows:
Adding a new tag
Updating or removing tags
Used for classification, filtering, and workflows.

7. Actions Column (Per Order)
Icons available for each individual order:
π¬ Chat Icon
Opens conversation related to that order/customer

π Delete Icon
Deletes the specific order
