Add-on plans allow you to purchase additional message credits on top of your existing BotPenguin subscription so your bots continue running without interruption.
What Are Add-on Plans?
Add-on plans let you extend your existing BotPenguin subscription by adding extra capacity or premium features. Add-ons do not replace your base plan—they work alongside it.
You should use add-ons when:
You are reaching your usage limits
Your team or traffic grows
You need advanced branding or AI capacity
How to Access Add-on Plans
Log in to your BotPenguin Dashboard
Navigate to Subscriptions
Click on the Add-on tab
You will see all available add-on categories on this page.
1. Message Add-on Packs
Message Add-on Packs increase the total number of messages your account can send across supported channels.

Adding Add-ons to Cart
Click the ➕ Add button on any add-on card
The selected add-on appears in Your Cart (right panel)
Review selected add-ons before checkout
If no add-ons are selected, you’ll see:
Your Cart is empty, please add some add-ons
Checkout & Billing
Review your cart
Proceed to payment
Complete checkout using available payment methods
Billing Notes
Add-ons are billed monthly
They renew with your main subscription
Pricing may vary based on add-on type
Important Notes
Add-ons do not change your base plan
Multiple add-ons can be purchased together
Unused limits may not roll over (as per policy)
Removing add-ons usually applies from the next billing cycle
