What is Home Page?

The Home Page is the primary landing page that appears immediately after logging into your BotPenguin account. It provides a high-level overview of your platform usage, key metrics, and quick access to bots, agents, and automation campaigns. It also allows navigation to your account settings, notifications, and Help Center resources.

Overview of the Home Page

  1. Log in to your BotPenguin account.

  2. Insights Panel:

    1. Marketing Messages: Shows the number of marketing messages available.

    2. WhatsApp Messages: Displays the total number of WhatsApp messages available.

    3. WhatsApp Numbers: Displays the total number of WhatsApp numbers connected to your account.

    4. Contacts: Shows the number of contacts collected via bots and agents.

  1. Under Your Items, manage your automation elements:

    1. Chatbots:

      1. Access existing bots and agents.

      2. Use the search functionality to find a specific bot or agent.

      3. Click “Create Bot” to initiate a new bot.

    2. Broadcast:

      1. Set up a new broadcast if none exists.

      2. View and manage previously created broadcasts.

    3. Drip:

      1. Create a new drip campaign if none exists.

      2. Access a table listing all previous drip campaigns.

  1. On the right-hand side, access the Help Center:

    1. Browse helpful articles such as Booking Your Day Trip or Booking Your Demo.

    2. Quickly navigate to support resources as needed.

    1. Person Icon: Navigate to your account to view profile information and password settings.

    2. Notification Icon: Access all platform notifications.

    3. Language Toggle: Switch platform language from the default English to any preferred language.
