Agent Settings

The Agent Settings section allows you to manage how your AI agent performs and presents itself across different platforms. From appearance and session behavior to advanced targeting and customization options, this is where you fine-tune the user experience.
Agent Settings is divided into two key sub-tabs:
Web Platforms Customize the chatbot widget for your website, landing pages, mobile apps, and iframe integrations. Control layout, sound, session settings, and targeting preferences. → Go to Web Platform Settings
WhatsApp Configure how your bot appears and behaves on WhatsApp. Manage welcome messages, auto-responses, and business profile settings post-integration. → Go to WhatsApp Settings
