How to Use Pre-Built Chatbot Templates

Step 1: Access Pre-Built Templates

  1. Go to your WhatsApp bot dashboard.

  2. Click Pre-Built Chatbot Templates > Message Templates.

  3. Browse the template gallery to choose a template closest to your campaign needs.

  4. Select the template to customize or create an entirely new template from scratch.

Step 2: Create a Regular Template

  1. Enter a Template Name and choose a Category.

  2. Select Template Type > Regular.

  3. (Optional) Add a Header: text, image, video, or document.

  4. Enter the Text Body.

  5. (Optional) Add a Footer.

  6. Add a Button if needed:

    • Call-to-action button (website or call)

    • Quick reply button (redirect to chatbot)

    • Or select None

  7. Save as Draft to edit later, or Submit for Approval.

  8. Approved templates display a green icon and are available for campaigns.

  1. Enter a Template Name and choose a Category.

  2. Select Template Type > Carousel.

  3. Add Text Body for the carousel.

  4. Add Cards for each item:

    • Upload an image for each card.

    • Enter a description.

    • Add a Button (call-to-action or quick reply).

  5. Save as Draft or Submit for Approval.

  6. Once approved, carousel templates can be used for campaigns featuring multiple products or offers.
