Whether it’s choosing a chat window layout, updating your bot’s theme, or customizing the landing page header and description, the Design section ensures your chatbot looks professional, engaging, and aligned with your brand.

Chat Window Customization

These are all the settings you can do to customize your website chatbot if still have queries you can contact us anytime.

  1. Click on "Save Changes" to save your customizations.

  2. Here you can select the layout and positioning for your landing page


Layout

  1. Select your chat window style from the given two options.

  2. Select a bot icon from the options or upload from your device.

  3. Select a landing page theme colour.

  4. Select a chat background colour.

  5. Select landing page background colour.

  6. Select a font style for your chatbot.

  7. Click on save changes to upload the changes done.


Theme

  1. Enter your bot's landing page name in "Landing Page Name" box.

  2. Enter the heading text you want to display in "Landing Page Header" box.

  3. Enter the description text you want to display in "Landing Page Description" box.

  4. Toggle ON/OFF to hide logo and text.

  5. Toggle ON/OFF to hide chatbot's header.

  6. Upload profile logo for your chatbot page.

  7. Add any social media links and icons.

  8. And click on "Save Changes" to update all the changes done.


Content Section

  1. Under "Design" customize your bot and click on "Landing Page" to customize the same.

  1. Click on bots and select a website bot.

  2. Click on "Website Chatbot Settings".

  1. You can select chat window positioning on web.

  2. You can select chat window positioning on mobile.

  3. You can select chat window size.

  4. Click on "Save Changes" to save your customizations.

Theme

  1. Enter your bot's name in "Bot Name" box.

  2. Enter an inviting catch phrase that will make the user talk to bot in "Call to Action" box.

  3. Toggle ON/OFF auto hide call to action. If ON select time in seconds after which it will hide.

  4. Toggle ON/OFF to hide CTA Chat Bubble.

  5. Select chat bubble background colour from the options.

  6. Select chat bubble text colour from the given options.

You can update the chatbot window, chat background, and landing page theme colors directly in the Design section.

In the Design section, you can update the landing page name, header, description, toggle visibility for logos or headers, and add social media links.

Can I change the chatbot font style?

Yes, the Design section allows you to select a font style for the chat window and landing page text to match your branding.

Do I need to save changes manually?

Yes, after making any customization, click on Save Changes to apply updates to the chat window and landing page.

Who can access the Design settings?

Only users with the appropriate permissions in the User Access section can update the Design settings for a chatbot.
