What is Broadcast?

A Broadcast is a one-to-many messaging capability that allows you to instantly or strategically send a predefined message or trigger a chat flow to a selected segment or group of contacts. Broadcasts are designed to streamline large-scale communication while maintaining contextual relevance for each recipient.

How to Use Broadcast

  1. Navigate to “Bot Settings” from the left sidebar.

  2. Click on the “Broadcast” tab.

  3. Press the “Create New Broadcast” button located on the top-right corner.

4. Enter a Broadcast Name to uniquely identify the campaign.

5. Select the Chat Flow that should be triggered when the user receives the broadcast.

The first message of the selected flow will be delivered as the broadcast message.

6. Choose the Target Group for the broadcast.

Groups must be created in advance from the Inbox section.

7. Select the broadcast timing:

  • Send Now – Deliver immediately

  • Send Later – Schedule for a future date and time

8. Review the configuration and click “Send Broadcast” to proceed.

Groups are created and managed from the Inbox section by segmenting contacts based on your criteria.

Is it possible to schedule a broadcast?

Yes. You can choose Send Later and define a specific date and time for delivery.

Can a broadcast be edited after sending?

No. Once a broadcast is sent, it cannot be modified. You will need to create a new broadcast for changes.

Will users receive the broadcast if they join the group later?

No. Broadcasts are sent only to users who are part of the group at the time of sending.

Is broadcasting supported on Telegram?

Yes. Broadcasts are fully supported on Telegram, subject to platform messaging policies.
