View your Current plan details on this screen.
The Current Plan screen lets you view your active subscription details, usage, and plan limits in one place.

What You Can See on This Screen

1. Current Plan Details
This section shows the key information about your active plan, including:
Items – Displays your currently active Subscription Plan.
Started On – Displays when the plan was activated.
Next Due On – The next billing or renewal date.
Base Price – The cost of the selected plan.
Total Amount – Final payable amount after taxes or add-ons.
Status – Active, Expired, or Pending.
Type – Subscription and Add-on plan.
Limit- Displays the limit of your account.
Upgrade Now- Allows you to upgrade your plan
You can click the info icon to view detailed plan limits and inclusions.


Upgrade Your Subscription
To upgrade your plan:
Click the “Upgrade Now” button.

You will be redirected to the Plans screen where you can view all available plans.
Compare the plans and their features.
Select your preferred Monthly or Yearly billing option.
Click on “Change Plan” button on the plan you want.
You will then see the details of your current plan and the new plan. Review the information and click the Upgrade button.

Complete the payment using any of the available payment methods.
2. Usage Summary
This section shows how much of your plan resources you have used.
Each item displays:
Used amount
Total limit
Progress bar for quick visual tracking
Messages
Total number of messages sent and received across all supported channels (website, WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.) within the billing or reporting period.
WhatsApp Messages
Total number of messages exchanged specifically on the WhatsApp channel, including both incoming user messages and outgoing bot or agent messages.
Voice Minutes
Total duration of voice calls where the user initiates a live call and interacts directly with a human agent. The minutes are calculated based on the total call duration between the user and the agent.
AI Voice Minutes
Total minutes of voice conversations specifically handled by the AI voice agent, excluding human agent calls.
WhatsApp Bots
Number of active bots deployed on the WhatsApp channel under the account.
Website Bots
Number of bots installed and running on website chat widgets.
Facebook Bots
Number of bots connected to Facebook Messenger pages.
Telegram Bots
Number of bots integrated with Telegram accounts or channels.
Instagram Bots
Number of bots connected to Instagram messaging.
Team Members
Total number of users or agents added to the platform with access to the account. This may include admins, agents, and other roles.
Integrations
Number of active third-party or channel integrations connected to the account (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM, calendar, payment systems).
Total Bots
Overall count of all bots created across all channels within the account.
AI Messages
Total number of messages generated or handled by the AI agent, including responses created using AI across channels.
Whitelabel Bot License
License that allows removal of the “Powered by BotPenguin” branding from the bot interface, enabling partners or customers to use the platform under their own branding.
Once payment is successful:
The new plan is activated immediately
Limits and features are updated in real time

Where can I view my current subscription details?
Go to Subscription → Current Plan to see your active plan, usage summary, limits, and billing details.
What information is shown in the Usage Summary?
The Usage Summary displays how much of your plan resources you have used, such as messages, bots, integrations, AI usage, team members, and more. It also shows the total limits and a progress bar for each item.
How can I check the limits of my current plan?
Click the info icon next to the plan details to view the limits and features included in your plan.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Go to Subscription → Current Plan.
Click Upgrade Now.
Select a new plan.
Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
Click Change Plan.
Click Initiate Payment and complete the payment.
What happens after I upgrade my plan?
Once the payment is successful, the new plan is activated immediately. Your limits and features are updated in real time.
Will my current data or bots be affected after upgrading?
No, your existing data, bots, and settings remain unchanged. Only your plan limits and features are updated.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing during the upgrade?
Yes, while upgrading you can choose either Monthly or Yearly billing based on your preference.
What should I do if my upgrade payment fails?
Try the payment again using the same or a different payment method. If the issue continues, contact the support team for assistance.
