🧩 Configuring Your SMS Bot

1. Connect SMS Provider

• Navigate to Integrations → SMS

• Enter your provider credentials (API Key, Secret, Sender ID)

• Test the connection to ensure successful delivery

2. Create Conversation Flow

• Use ChatFlows to design SMS conversations

• Add welcome messages, questions, and responses

• Use quick replies or keyword-based triggers

3. Enable AI (Optional)

• Train the AI with FAQs, documents, or website links

• Define tone, behavior, and fallback responses

• Allow AI to answer free-text user queries

1. User sends an SMS to your configured number

2. The SMS Bot receives and processes the message

3. Bot replies automatically using:

   • ChatFlow logic, or

   • AI-generated responses

4. User data (phone number, responses) is stored securely
