#### Step 1: Access Pre-Built Templates

1. Go to Bots.
2. Select your Whatsapp Bot.
3. Click on **Chatflow Templates.**
4. Browse the **template gallery** to choose a template closest to your campaign needs.
5. Select the template to **customize** or create an entirely new template from scratch.

6. Click on eye icon to view the Template .
