What is this?

The Agent Knowledge Base is where you train your AI Agent using external and internal data sources. Whether it’s web pages, documents, or manually entered FAQs, this section ensures your agent responds with information that's accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to your business.


Why is it beneficial?

What’s inside?

This section is organized into three core sub-tabs:

  1. Website: Train your AI Agent on live web pages or full websites. Choose what to import, group links into categories, and even include image-based content.

  2. Google Sheets: The Google Sheets integration allows you to train your AI agent using structured data stored in a Google Sheet.

  3. File Upload: Upload internal documents like PDFs, spreadsheets, and Word files for the agent to learn from. Supports formats such as .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .csv, and more.

  4. FAQs: Manually input or bulk upload question–answer pairs that serve as structured responses to frequently asked queries. Categories and export/import features are also supported.

  5. Unanswered Questions: he Un-answered Questions section helps you identify customer queries that your AI agent was unable to answer correctly.
