✅ Partner Automated Onboarding

Automated onboarding refers to the process of streamlining and automating the steps involved in bringing new partners or users onto a platform. Now new URL has been added for any new partner onboarding ( White-Labeled or Reseller) now they can go to https://start.botpenguin.com/sign-up for account creation.

✅ MS Teams

  • A New Platform for Bot Creation has been added in BotPenguin now our customers are also able to add Bots for MS Teams.

  • Ability to train the bot with the AI Capabilities

  • Ability to to access inbox

  • Ability to access setting related to the bot.

✅ Zoho Commerce Integration

  • A new integration has been added for BotPenguin WhatsApp Bot which helps users to capture leads and contact information, allowing for follow-up marketing campaigns or personalized communication.

  • The customer should be able to initiate templates for the end user for different statuses of their order.

✅ Bugs and Other UI Enhancements

  • After Google integration, the data from lead was not going to the Google Sheets, is now fixed.

  • During chat interactions, the templates with embedded web links experienced a functionality issue where they became unresponsive and failed to progress forward as expected.

  • Previously, users encountered difficulties with the BotPenguin Bot Canvas, which was not opening as expected, is now fixed.

  • Previously, users encountered errors related to ChatGPT messages from the backend, impacting the functionality of the system.

✅ Pabbly Integration for All Platforms Bots ( BotPenguin Customers only )

  • We are giving Pabbly Integration for all types of bots (for BotPenguin Customers only )

  • Pabbly Integration can be used to automate the transfer of data between different platforms, ensuring that information is synchronized in real time.

  • Pabbly Integration can be used to streamline the process of capturing leads.

✅ Dynamic ChatGPT keys

  • We have implemented a toggle button for the Super Administrator, empowering them to activate or deactivate ChatGPT functionality for any White Label (WL) Agency as needed.

  • White Label Agencies now have the capability to seamlessly integrate their proprietary ChatGPT keys through the Configuration tab. This empowers their users to access ChatGPT components for free messaging functionalities.

Note: If ChatGPT is off for the agency then for that Agency customer ChatGPT component and AI Setting will be hidden.

✅ FB & WA meta Oauth whitelabel configuration

The Super Administrator now possesses the capability to grant access to any White Label (WL) Agency for the activation of Facebook bots and creation of WhatsApp functionalities directly from the meta. Within the agency details section, we have implemented two toggle buttons, allowing the Super Administrator to enable or disable these features for a specific agency at their discretion.

✅ Bugs and Other UI Enhancements

  • Navigation bar enhancements for reducing unwanted API hits.

  • Bot Image on inbox chat changed.

  • Unified number check enhancement for Phone number field; for this we have updated phone number validation checking plugin.

  • Proactive E-mail notifications to users when their AI bot's consumption reaches 90% and 100% usage thresholds.

✅ Block WhatsApp User

In this update, BotPenguin users should able to subscribe or unsubscribe any of their WhatsApp contacts, and for unsubscribed contacts Drips, Broadcasts, Templates, and Messages will not be initiated.

✅ Custom Integration Delete Feature

Added delete button from which user should be able to delete custom Integration of any bot.

✅ ChatGPT Integration Setting for Knowledge Base and General Response

BotPenguin has enhanced the setting for the ChatGPT component for Customers now they can choose which type of response should the end customer get from the bot that is using chatGPT.

We are giving 2 types of settings and you will find this setting under the ChatGPT Integrations section.

When the user selects Knowledge Base then the response will come from the documents, website URL, or FAQs which were added by the customer and when the user selects the General then the response comes from ChatGPT.

  • Users experienced difficulties with the integration between Pipe Drive and platform, specifically with leads not being transferred as expected. It is now fixed and live.

We've expanded language support by adding Albanian, Swedish, and Chinese to our platform, enabling you to create chatbots in multiple languages.

✅ Langchain Integration

=> Replaced text-davinci-003 model with gpt3.5-turbo model in Greeting, and Acknowledgement replies

  • This upgrade ensures a smoother and more engaging conversational experience, leveraging the enhanced capabilities of the latest model to provide users with even more dynamic and context-aware interactions in greeting and acknowledgment scenarios.

✅ Go-High Level Integration for WhatsApp and Website Bot
