Release 3.4.2

Release Summary

βœ… Custom users as agents for all customers.

  • In this feature, Team Members with new roles other than Agent will now be listed in Inbox and Canvas and the customer should be able to assign leads to any of its team members.

βœ… Dynamic Google integration for white-label partners.

  • Now White-Labled Partner should be able to access Google Integrations for Website and WhatsApp Bots.

Note: For accessing Google Integrations White-Labeled Partners have to contact the Super Admin for setting and after the toggle for Google is on from admin for any White-Labled account the Partner should have to add his Google Keys under its Agency panel configuration section.

βœ… Bugs and Other UI Enhancements

  • From email configuration for Whitelabel Partner.

  • The express chat landing page issue for Whitelabel is Fixed.
