Integrate BotPenguin with Bitrix24

Integrate BotPenguin with Bitrix24:-

Step 1 of 4: Login to BotPenguin Account and Select Application to Integrate

  1. Login to your BotPenguin account, select the Bot you want to integrate with Bitrix24.

  2. Now, click the ‘Integrate’ tab.

  3. The integrate window will open up. make sure you are in the “All Integrations Tab.”

  4. A list of all native integrations for BotPenguin will be available in this window.

    1. Now find Bitrix24 by:-

    2. Either scrolling down the list

    3. Or by typing in Bitrix24 in the search box with the placeholder “search integration by name”

  5. Now click on the ‘connect’ button as shown

Step 2 of 4: Find your Authorization Key/Token in App Account

  1. To complete the process, you need to fill out:-

    1. Inbound webhook url

    2. Source

    3. Lead Title

  2. Inbound WebHook Url:-

    1. Click on the leftmost menu on your Bitrix24 dashboard.

    2. In this menu, click on Applications, expand the menu and click on Developer Resources.

  3. Under Developer Resources, click on Other

  4. Now click on the Inbound Webhook URL option.

  5. Click on the pencil icon next to Inbound webhook to name your webhook. Also, ensure your profile is selected under the Request builder option.

  6. Now, scroll to the bottom and Under Assign permissions, click on + select Then, assign CRM and Users. Click on SAVE.

  7. Copy the URL under Webhook to call REST API and paste it back on BotPenguin

  8. Lead Title:-

    1. The lead title is your choice. you can name your lead anything you want. For example:- Bitrix24 test lead.

  9. Source:-

    1. Please contact the Bitrix24 Team for the Source details.

Step 3 of 4: Enter Authorization Details and establish connection with your App

  1. After filling out the details, click connect.

  2. Look for the notification “Connected Successfully” for confirmation.

  3. Also, your Bitrix24 integration will show the message Installed in the Integration List.

Step 4 of 4: Test your Integration Set up with Data

Once you have established a connection between BotPenguin and Bitrix24 and complete the mapping, you are ready to go for your first test lead. You can test your integration setup by creating a dummy lead on the bot. This lead should appear in your BotPenguin dashboard and in the Bitrix24 you have integrated.

Still Not Working, Let’s Troubleshoot!

If you are not getting dummy leads from your Bot to Bitrix24, it may be due to multiple reasons:

  • Wrong Authorization Details added- You will be required to check and see if all the authorization credentials such as API Token, API key, and/or URL has been entered correctly.

  • Free plan- You are not subscribed to the paid plan on BotPenguin as integration works only with the paid plan.

Integrate BotPenguin with AutoPilot:-

Step 1 of 4: Login to BotPenguin Account and Select Application to Integrate

  1. Login To Your Botpenguin Account, Select The Bot You Want To Integrate With Bitrix24.

  2. Now, Click The ‘integrate Tab.’

  3. The Integrate Window Will Open Up. Make Sure You Are In The “All Integrations Tab.”

  4. A List Of All Native Integrations For Botpenguin Will Be Available In This Window.

  5. Now find Bitrix24 By-

    1. Either Scrolling Down The List

    2. Or By Typing In ‘Autopilot’ In The Search Box With The Placeholder “Search Integration By Name.”

  6. Now Click On The ‘Connect’ button As Shown Below.

Step 2 of 4: Find your Authorization Key/Token in App Account

  1. To complete the process, you need to fill out:-
